What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Daily Operations: Handle day-to-day accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Generate Insights: Prepare financial reports and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Maintain Records: Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Advise Leadership: Collaborate with practice leadership on financial planning and recommend improvements for sustainable growth.
• Optimize Processes: Coordinate with external accountants and help refine internal financial processes and controls.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, with a focus on financial management.
• Experience: Demonstrated strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and proficiency with accounting software like QuickBooks.
• Skills: Ability to prepare clear financial reports, interpret data for non-finance stakeholders, high accuracy, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bonus: Relevant certifications such as CMA or CPA are a plus, as is experience in a medical or dental setting.
