What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute Contracts: Ensure the accurate execution of letters of commitment, customer setup and maintenance, GPO group transitions, and local contracts for new and renewal agreements.
• Manage Inquiries: Serve as a primary point of contact for external and internal inquiries related to pricing activation and membership, promptly researching and responding to stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with Partners: Regularly engage with distributor partners, GPOs, business unit sales teams, and commercial customers to align external partners with client strategic objectives.
• Optimize Processes: Support enterprise-wide operational capabilities, policy execution, and process optimization to enhance the effective implementation of complex contracting activities.
• Ensure Accuracy: Manage price activation transitions, including accurate roster alignment, timely setup of effective dates, and efficient management of member account changes across multiple ERP platforms.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience, at an entry level, with core domain knowledge in commercial contract operations.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in commercial contract operations or related fields.
• Skills: Strong Excel proficiency, including the ability to manipulate large datasets and extract insights, along with experience using data mining and visualization tools such as SAP BI, Power BI, and QlikView.
• Bonus: Familiarity with ERP systems including SAP, Vistex, and JDE.
