The U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee serves as both the National Olympic Committee and National Paralympic Committee for the United States. We are dedicated to empowering the competitive excellence and well-being of Team USA athletes, championing the power of sport, and inspiring the nation. As “The Team Behind the Team,” this federally chartered nonprofit, entirely privately funded, is responsible for fielding U.S. teams for the Olympic, Paralympic, Youth Olympic, Pan American, and Parapan American Games, while also stewarding the Olympic and Paralympic movements domestically.
