What You’ll Actually Do
• Office Operational Leadership: Act as the primary operational leader for the assigned office, taking full responsibility for maintaining an organized, professional, and fully functional environment suitable for daily activities.
• Client and Employee Service Readiness: Ensure the office is prepared each day to effectively serve the needs of the firm’s clients and provide a supportive, efficient workspace for all employees.
• Independent Office Management: Oversee and manage all core office operations autonomously, which includes handling daily administrative tasks, coordinating workflows, and ensuring smooth logistical functions.
• Vendor and Facilities Management: Independently manage relationships with all office vendors and take charge of facilities management, ensuring that infrastructure and services consistently meet the firm’s standards and operational needs.
• Proactive Problem Resolution and Customer Service: Quickly identify and solve operational problems, providing excellent customer service in all interactions to ensure efficient daily functioning and client satisfaction.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An established professional in office management, prepared to assume operational leadership for a specific location within a legal firm. This role requires a strong understanding of the demands of a professional office environment, especially in a client-service industry.
• Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience and proven capability to independently manage a full spectrum of office operations, including vendor negotiations, facilities upkeep, and all associated administrative responsibilities without direct supervision.
