What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries via email professionally and promptly.
• Material Coordination: Coordinate and send product samples and marketing materials to regional sales representatives and customers.
• Order Tracking: Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to track factory orders and shipped items.
• Customer Support: Handle incoming customer service calls and provide the highest level of support.
• Reporting & Documentation: Generate sales and operational reports for executive review and maintain organized records of inquiries, orders, and client communications.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires foundational understanding in sales, customer service, or general operations.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in office management, customer service, or operations.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, proactive and self-motivated, proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams, and experienced using CRM systems.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree, experience in luxury/home décor/appliance/bathroom/kitchen products, or a passion and interest in design and home décor.
