• Mission: Solve challenges and improve processes for government clients through specialized consulting support within the Government Consulting Services Center of Excellence.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, Tableau

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Conduct research on assigned areas or issues and author formal and informal reports to summarize information or advocate for objectives.
• Process Improvement: Support continuous process improvement and business process reengineering projects through process mapping, data analysis, visualization, and digital solution development.
• Project Execution: Contribute to project execution by preparing reports, developing technical documents, creating presentations, and assisting with other project deliverables.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Plan, organize, and lead virtual and in-person facilitations with project stakeholders to support visioning, brainstorming, and solving various challenges.
• Proposal Development: Assist in developing proposals by providing content for the approach, schedule, or other sections as required by the request for proposal or qualifications.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Professional with an undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, operations research, data science, or a related field of study.
• Experience: Minimum of four years of work-related experience, preferably in engineering, public works, installation management, construction management, logistics, or base operating support. Familiarity with the organization and structure of the U.S. Department of War, including a detailed working knowledge of one or more military services.
• Skills: Outstanding written and oral communication, presentation skills, proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ability to gather and organize information from diverse sources, and capacity to use statistical analysis or quantitative methods for problem-solving.
• Bonus: Working knowledge of data visualization and automation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
