The TL;DR

• Location: In-person, Berea, OH
• Team: Reports to the General Manager.
• Mission: To assist with the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensure smooth shifts, support marketing efforts for sales and profit, and develop team members.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Restaurant Operations: Lead and assist in the day-to-day operations of our Dunkin’ restaurants, helping to ensure America runs on Dunkin’.
• Shift Management: Collaborate closely with the General Manager to ensure every shift operates smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
• Sales & Marketing: Support local store marketing initiatives with the goal of achieving established sales and profit targets for the restaurant.
• Team Development: Implement and facilitate performance and training initiatives designed to help team members grow and succeed in their roles.
• Early Morning Readiness: Begin the workday promptly at 4 am, taking charge of early morning preparations and operational readiness to serve guests effectively.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This role requires a professional with prior management experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience: Candidates should possess at least six months of management experience specifically within the retail, restaurant, or hospitality sectors.
• Skills: Essential skills include exceptional time management, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to provide outstanding guest service. The role also demands maintaining open availability to accommodate varying work schedules and location needs.
