The Tone:
This is a full-time, on-site role at Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting consumer rights. The firm has over 6,000 employees nationwide, all united by the mission “For the People.” This Enablement Manager role is critical to the Operations Team, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of legal case operations across various regions. This position ensures that the firm’s legal teams perform at their peak, contributing to the firm’s success in defending millions of Americans against large corporations and insurance companies.

• Mission: This manager ensures legal case operations run efficiently and effectively across multiple regions by training, managing, and optimizing case staff performance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Staff Development: Oversee and develop litigation staff across various markets to drive their performance in alignment with team objectives and overarching business goals.
• Performance Management: Enforce operational goals for case staff, monitor their performance in real-time through KPIs and dashboards, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Operational Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance of case staff while fostering a positive work environment, and audit case files to ensure efficient work and timely metric achievement.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve roadblocks and challenges for case staff by managing and tracking support from other departments such as Learning & Development, I.T., and H.R.
• Training & Guidance: Facilitate case staff training with the internal Learning and Development Team, onboard new hires, guide staff to negotiate claims aggressively to settlement, and build relationships with staff and attorneys in each region.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience, specifically in a role overseeing and developing staff performance.
• Experience: 2+ years of paralegal or litigation experience within the personal injury industry.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills; working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes; and adaptability, curiosity, and creative problem-solving in an evolving space while managing complexity.
