• Pay: $75000 yearly
• Mission: This role is responsible for achieving and exceeding the community’s sales and move-in goals to continuously maximize occupancy.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Management: Achieve and exceed the community’s sales and move-in goals through all sales and outreach activities.
• Relationship Building: Develop meaningful relationships with prospective residents, their families, and community partners.
• Presentations & Outreach: Plan and conduct presentations to showcase the community’s services and innovative programs.
• Resident Transition: Ensure a smooth and supportive transition for new residents throughout the entire sales and move-in process.
• Market Leadership: Position Cornerstone at Milford as a leader in the Assisted Living industry by educating the greater community on the aging process and supportive home environments.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Director-level experience with a sincere desire to work with cognitively impaired residents, including knowledge of Alzheimer’s Disease, related dementias, and behavior management techniques.
• Experience: Seasoned sales director capable of leading all sales and outreach activities to continuously maximize occupancy.
• Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in teamwork, trustworthiness, professionalism (including project management), clear and effective communication, and comfort with technology for job tasks and communication.
