Hospitality Operations Manager | Willow Creek Community Church
The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Planning: Support operational planning and project management for Hospitality & Events.
• System Development: Build and improve systems that help our campuses execute ministry with excellence.
• Data Management: Manage ministry data, workflows, and hospitality processes through Rock and other platforms.
• Resource Provision: Equip volunteers and staff with the resources they need to serve effectively.
• Experience Creation: Partner with ministry leaders to create engaging weekend and holiday experiences.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional with a focus on operational excellence, administration, and project management in hospitality, events, or ministry.
• Experience: Experience in hospitality, operations, event planning, or ministry leadership.
• Skills: Highly organized, systems-minded leader who enjoys solving problems, and is collaborative. Energized by supporting ministry through administration and project management of multiple initiatives and ministry strategies.
• Bonus: Passionate about using their gifts to help people feel welcomed, known, and connected to Jesus through behind the scenes administration and planning.
