Sales Director | Legend Senior Living®

The Sales Director leads crucial sales and marketing efforts for the residence, playing a vital role in building community awareness and guiding families through the important decision of selecting a new home for their loved ones.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Outreach: Design, implement, and maintain community outreach programs to build awareness among referral sources and community organizations.
• Event Management: Develop and execute lead generation events according to the approved schedule.
• Customer Engagement: Conduct initial and follow-up contacts, as well as residence tours, for prospective residents and their families.
• Sales Performance: Achieve budgeted occupancy goals and meticulously document all sales activities.
• Operational Support: Serve as Manager-On-Duty on a rotating basis and support the 100 Hours/100 Days program as needed.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Director-level professional, skilled in leading sales initiatives within a community-focused environment.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a sales role is required.
• Skills: Expertise in designing and implementing community outreach programs, developing and executing lead generation events, conducting effective residence tours, managing sales activity documentation, and achieving occupancy goals.
• Bonus: A college degree in business, management, or operations is preferred.
