OPI

OPI is a residential and transition program located just outside of Houston, dedicated to empowering young adults aged 17–28. We provide comprehensive support for those navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. Our mission is to help young adults build meaningful lives through clinically informed treatment, essential skill development, and strong community connection.

Our structured six-phase program, beginning at our residential campus and transitioning to apartment-based living, fosters deep healing and real-world independence. At OPI, we are committed to creating an environment where individuals can thrive and achieve their full potential.
