Director Of Hospitality | Autumn Lake Healthcare

• Mission: Owns the full guest and family experience in a skilled nursing and subacute setting, ensuring comfort, connection, and confidence.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership: Serve as the primary leader of the guest and family experience for the entire building.
• Guest Journey: Own the complete subacute and short-term patient journey, from the point of admission through to discharge.
• Relationship Building: Build genuine relationships with patients and their families through consistent daily rounding and personal connection.
• Problem Solving: Act as the main problem solver and a calming presence when concerns or issues arise for guests or families.
• Experience Elevation: Create memorable “white glove moments” designed to elevate the guest experience beyond initial expectations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Director level leadership focused on guest experience, relationships, and problem-solving within a healthcare hospitality context. No medical or clinical background is required.
• Experience: Demonstrated strong people skills and natural leadership presence; a proven ability to build real relationships and deliver personalized experiences; and a track record of thriving on connection, purpose, and responsibility. No specific years of experience are required.
• Skills: Warmth and confidence in leadership, creative experience design, relationship building, effective problem-solving, communication, and patient satisfaction management.
• Bonus: Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or other people-facing roles is considered a plus.
