This Accountant role is crucial for supporting the company’s financial operations by ensuring accurate account reconciliations, facilitating month-end close processes, and contributing to financial reporting and budgeting activities. What You’ll Actually Do
• Reconcile: Perform cash and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare: Prepare month-end journal entries and supporting documentation.
• Analyze: Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Support: Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Audit: Assist with audits by preparing schedules and responding to requests.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, preferred, combined with professional accounting knowledge.
• Experience: Professional accounting experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting systems; excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; strong communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience supporting audits and budgeting processes is preferred.
