Senior Delivery Manager – Enterprise Data & Analytics – Remote | Mayo Clinic

The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Delivery Execution: Drive end-to-end delivery execution for Enterprise Data & Analytics initiatives, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to agreed priorities.
• Strategic Planning: Partner with product and technical leaders to plan and maintain delivery roadmaps, manage resource allocation and forecasting, and support financial and capacity management.
• Agile Operations: Lead sprint and Agile delivery operations, including backlog readiness, scrum standards, throughput and flow metrics, and team health indicators.
• Release Coordination: Coordinate program-level and enterprise release management, including release calendars, dependency management, integrated release gates, and release readiness reviews.
• Dependency Management: Manage cross-team and cross-platform dependencies, identifying risks and escalating issues that impact schedule, quality, or delivery commitments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in digital product delivery management, scrum master, or another equivalent role, applying current digital technology design, build, and operations capabilities leveraging Agile product methodologies.
• Experience: 5+ years’ experience in digital product delivery management, scrum master, or an equivalent role, with a strong preference for experience in project management for life sciences, health payor, or regulated industries.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with active listening, excellent planning and organizational skills, ability to navigate conflict and find resolution, keen attention to detail, ability to manage multiple initiatives, and strong familiarity with Scrum principles.
• Bonus: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (ACSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or PMP preferred. Experience in a healthcare environment, delivery of data platform, analytics, or AI/ML initiatives, and familiarity with resource forecasting, capacity/financial management, and dependency management across platform and product teams is also preferred. Advanced ScrumMaster or ScrumMaster certification is required within 1 year.
