What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve location-specific business goals and objectives, guiding the team towards success.
• Operations: Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, maintaining high quality standards, and consistently delivering customer satisfaction.
• Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse team of employees, cultivating a positive and supportive work environment that encourages growth and high performance.
• Financial Management: Analyze financial data, prepare comprehensive budgets, and make data-driven decisions to continually improve the location’s profitability.
• Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant local laws, industry regulations, and company policies, maintaining operational integrity across all activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results; proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss analysis.
• Skills: Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering relationships at all levels; strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively; adaptability and resilience in a rapidly changing business environment; proficiency in using business management software and MS Office suite.
• Bonus: Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is preferred; knowledge of the local Louisville market and industry trends is highly desirable.
