Personalization Operations Analyst | vineyard vines

The Tone:
This is an Analyst role at vineyard vines, an American clothing and accessory retailer founded in 1998 on Martha’s Vineyard. The company operates over 100 retail locations, an e-commerce business, a domestic distribution center, and a corporate headquarters. This role is crucial for expanding revenue by driving personalization programs, managing orders, identifying operational root causes, and providing strategic solutions. The objective is to maximize monthly sales, reduce operational fallout, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Team: Reports to the Personalization Operations Manager.
• Mission: Maximize monthly sales output, mitigate operational fallout, and deliver an unrivaled customer experience by effectively managing the personalization order book and resolving operational issues.
• Tech Stack: BlueCherry, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Product Lifecycle Management systems, MS Excel.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Order Management: Manage the Personalization Order Book with a focus on maximizing monthly sales output.
• Sales Support: Support the Sales team in day-to-day task execution, including order entry, order maintenance, returns processing, and customer service inquiries.
• Data and Product Setup: Maintain BlueCherry data requirements and production specifications within the logo management system, including accurate cost maintenance for product setup.
• Quality Assurance: Assess physical sew outs and confirm customer expectations are met before approving for production, then communicate specifications with domestic contractors to ensure quality execution.
• Process Improvement: Identify and investigate root causes of system and process-related issues, helping to guide scalable and strategic solution implementation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Knowledge in the retail industry.
• Experience: Preferred experience in Personalization and/or Wholesale.
• Skills: Mandatory working proficiency in MS Excel. Excellent customer service and follow-through. Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions. Strong verbal and written skills. Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Bonus: Working proficiency in Order Management, Warehouse Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, or Product Lifecycle Management systems is preferred. Passion for the vineyard vines brand.
