This General Manager role is crucial for the daily operation and financial success of multiple assigned high-rise multifamily communities, ensuring they meet operational goals and comply with all regulatory standards.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Management: Provide input for property budgets, manage rent and fee collection, make financial deposits, approve vendor invoices, and control expenditures to achieve targeted revenues.
• Lease & Resident Oversight: Oversee the complete lease enforcement process, including approving applications, managing renewals, conducting inspections, and handling evictions, while adhering to proper notice requirements.
• Market Analysis & Strategy: Analyze current market and economic trends impacting the property, then implement short- and long-range marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue objectives.
• Resident Satisfaction: Promote high resident satisfaction and retention by promptly responding to complaints, questions, and requests, and ensuring the maintenance team meets service request standards.
• Property & Staff Supervision: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure grounds, buildings, and amenities meet established standards for safety and appearance, and supervise, hire, and train property staff according to company policies.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field, demonstrating strong knowledge of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Experience: 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience managing high-rise multifamily communities with 500+ units, including a proven track record in resolving customer complaints, managing financial records, increasing sales, and coordinating team efforts.
• Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills; detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a leader; strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata, Yardi, and/or OneSite).
• Bonus: Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions; incumbents must have a valid driver’s license for on-property golf cart use.
