Team Lead Care Partner | Sharecare
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Sharecare, located remotely in the United States. Sharecare is a leading digital health company that unifies and manages health for individuals, providers, employers, health plans, government organizations, and communities. This role supports day-to-day team operations, coaching, and program reporting, ensuring high-quality caregiver-to-client matching outcomes and operational continuity. The position is essential for maintaining operational stability and driving positive behavior change through accessible and affordable high-quality care.

• Team: Care Partner Team, reporting to the Operations Manager
• Mission: Bridge frontline fulfillment work with day-to-day team operations to optimize caregiver-to-client matching outcomes.
• Tech Stack: contact-center/dialer, CRM or applicant-tracking, staffing, scheduling, workforce-management tools
What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Reporting: Own or co-own recurring performance reports, pulling and organizing data to surface insights ahead of program meetings and leadership reviews.
• Team Facilitation: Prepare agendas and co-facilitate team standups and program-specific working sessions, documenting outcomes and distributing follow-ups.
• Onboarding & Training: Serve as a hands-on resource for newly hired team members, guiding them through daily workflows, core systems, and documentation standards.
• Team Coaching & Quality: Observe and provide real-time coaching on search quality, caregiver outreach, vetting decisions, and SLA compliance, partnering with the Manager to strengthen skills.
• High-Volume Matching: Directly contribute to fulfillment by supporting high-priority and escalated searches using strong knowledge of scheduling tools and vetting requirements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Core domain knowledge in staffing, recruiting coordination, scheduling, or workforce operations.
• Experience: 1+ year in a comparable frontline fulfillment/coordination role with a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs; demonstrated ability to guide, train, or mentor teammates.
• Skills: Comfort working across multiple operational systems; clear, reliable communication; ability to pull, organize, and summarize program data; trusted peer resource; collaborative mindset.
• Bonus: Experience in home care, healthcare staffing, or high-volume candidate-matching.
