What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction for all operational functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Team Development: Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering professional development, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.
• Financial Management: Oversee budget planning, financial performance, and P&L management to ensure profitability and fiscal responsibility.
• Operational Standards: Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimize efficiency and maintain compliance.
• Business Growth: Drive business development initiatives and identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager. Core domain knowledge in business operations, financial management, and team leadership.
• Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving organizational performance. Demonstrated experience in budget management, P&L analysis, staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Skills: Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in time management and organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, decisive decision-making capabilities, and proficiency with business management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bonus: Experience in business development and market analysis; relevant management certifications or professional development in organizational leadership; experience with process improvement and operational optimization methodologies.
