The Production Manager role is central to the company’s core vehicle supply and transportation business, ensuring seamless project execution and robust supplier relationships.

• Mission: To manage vehicle acquisition and logistics for various automotive projects and events, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and strong supplier relationships.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Feasibility: Work closely with the account management team to dissect client requests, determine project feasibility, and identify potential logistical or vehicle procurement issues, providing alternative options.
• Financial Management: Create project budgets using historical and newly collected data, negotiate pricing with vehicle suppliers and transportation companies, and forecast resale values.
• Logistics & Supplier Oversight: Manage project schedules, milestones, partners, and suppliers to ensure vehicles are delivered successfully and on time, while fostering open communication with suppliers.
• Network Development: Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and expand vehicle supply and transportation networks through regular outreach, check-in meetings, and personal visits.
• Administrative Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing and notes in Salesforce, collect essential project documentation like invoices and odometer readings, ensure timely supplier payments, and audit projects monthly.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level. An understanding of basic accounting principles and fundamentals is required, with a general interest in the automotive and event management industries.
• Experience: 2+ years of event or project management experience.
• Skills: Highly detail-oriented, passionate about organization and efficiency, strong, clear communication skills, proven ability to communicate effectively with professionals of all levels, strong problem-solving skills, strong internet and research skills, and ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree, experience using Salesforce, customer service experience, and dealership and automotive experience are all preferred.
