What You’ll Actually Do
• Benefits: Research and implement employee benefits programs.
• Hiring: Initiate and manage background checks for new candidates.
• Offers: Draft and deliver hiring offer letters to selected candidates.
• Records: Maintain accurate employee attendance records and track vacation time.
• Systems: Maintain and update various Human Resources systems effectively.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience: Possess 0-1 years of previous professional experience in Human Resources; internships are a plus.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong data management and analytical skills.
• Bonus: Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is considered a valuable asset.
