What You’ll Actually Do
• Order Processing: Accurately process incoming customer orders, making any necessary adjustments to quantities, and ensuring they are promptly prepared for invoicing.
• Driver Packet Preparation: Compile comprehensive driver packets, including all relevant invoices and associated paperwork, to equip drivers for their routes.
• System Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system-related issues, meticulously documenting each problem and its solution to maintain operational stability.
• Add-on Order Creation: Generate and manage add-on orders as required, ensuring that all urgent or additional customer needs are integrated into the workflow.
• Shipping Documentation: Prepare and provide essential shipping paperwork to night management, facilitating organized logistics for distribution.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED, or demonstrate equivalent professional experience. This foundation is essential for understanding core data processing functions and maintaining records within a business context.
• Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience is required. This experience should demonstrate proficiency in computer operations, the ability to effectively troubleshoot issues, and the capacity to perform consistently under pressure in a demanding work environment while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and a high level of precision are paramount. Essential skills include basic computer knowledge, excellent documentation and communication abilities, robust organizational skills, and the capability to manage repetitive tasks with sustained consistency and focus. Problem-solving aptitude is also key.
• Bonus: Prior experience with AS/400 and SAP systems is considered a valuable asset and will be a significant advantage for this role.
