What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Entry: Accurately enter, update, and verify records within electronic filing and database systems.
• Quality Assurance: Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting before filing.
• Digital Organization: Systematically organize and index digital files according to established naming conventions.
• Information Retrieval: Retrieve and prepare records efficiently in response to internal requests from team members.
• Retention Management: Monitor record retention schedules and flag items for archiving or disposal as necessary.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive or protected information.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, providing a foundational understanding for administrative operations.
• Experience: No prior experience is necessary, making this an ideal entry point; training and support are provided from day one.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks; comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook; the ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision; good written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and time management capabilities; and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion. A reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace are also essential for this fully remote position.
• Bonus: Prior clerical or data entry exposure is considered a plus.
