The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Microsoft, with a flexible work-from-home option. Microsoft’s Windows and Device Sales (WDS) organization focuses on building and selling AI-powered platforms, cloud services, and devices, working through a rich partner ecosystem. This role is critical for defending and expanding Windows as the enterprise endpoint platform, enabling customers to modernize their environments, adopt AI-driven workflows, and ensure long-term value from their device and endpoint investments.

• Mission: Defend and grow Windows as the foundational enterprise endpoint platform within Microsoft’s largest and most strategic customers by leading endpoint strategy and enabling AI-driven work.
• Tech Stack: Windows Pro, Windows 11 Enterprise, Microsoft Defender, Entra, Purview, Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, Copilot+ PCs, NPUs, AI silicon.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Strategy: Lead strategic Windows discussions with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and AI leaders, translating technology capabilities into clear business value.
• Defend & Grow: Protect and extend Windows adoption in competitive environments by articulating fact-based and differentiated platform value.
• Modernize: Help customers decouple from legacy environments by modernizing endpoint management and identity architectures to improve TCO and unlock AI-driven workflows.
• Manage Engagements: Lead high-impact customer engagements through discovery, envisioning, proof, and value realization, with defined entry criteria and success measures.
• Generate Evidence: Deliver lighthouse wins that demonstrate real Windows AI value, converting customer outcomes into evidence such as case studies and repeatable industry scenarios.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, OR equivalent professional experience, focusing on enterprise technology and transformation.
• Experience: 8+ years of customer-facing experience in enterprise technology, consultative selling, solution architecture, or transformation-focused roles, with a prior background in technical sales, solutions architecture, or platform specialist positions.
• Skills: Demonstrated capability in leading technical and executive-level customer conversations, translating complex platform concepts into outcome-oriented guidance, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Security and compliance technologies including Microsoft Defender, Entra, Purview, identity and access management, and Zero Trust principles.
• Bonus: Strong Windows platform expertise (Windows Pro, Windows 11 Enterprise), experience advising customers on Windows 11 lifecycle strategy, proven experience with modern endpoint management (Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager), and a strong understanding of AI-ready Windows devices (Copilot+ PCs, NPUs, and specialized AI silicon).
