What You’ll Actually Do
• Evaluate Cases: Evaluate cases to identify and ensure compliance with OSHA 1904 recordkeeping requirements.
• Maintain Knowledge: Stay informed on company internal policies, procedures, and client service standards to ensure accurate service delivery.
• Generate Reports: Create and provide routine, ad hoc, and inspector-requested reports using a dedicated OSHA application.
• Quality Control: Perform quality control and exception reporting as dictated by best practices and team lead direction.
• Communicate & Advise: Interpret regulations and communicate information to claims staff, including determining time loss from work.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: No prior experience is required, with comprehensive training provided for the role.
• Skills: Strong oral and written communication, computer literacy, and organizational skills.
• Bonus: Clerical or customer service experience.
