This position is fundamental to ensuring the peak efficiency of the Client Advisory team by providing crucial and versatile support to the sales, design, and internal teams. What You’ll Actually Do
Propose: Prepare precise, client-specific proposals and comprehensive quotations leveraging the internal database to effectively serve a broad clientele throughout the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and New York service area.
Support: Act as a versatile overflow utility player for the dedicated Client Advisory team, providing essential and adaptive support to the sales, design, and inside teams to ensure seamless operational flow and maximum efficiency.
Advise: Deliver superior customer service by expertly combining system knowledge, sales acumen, comprehensive product understanding, and adept problem-solving skills to consistently exceed customer expectations.
Coordinate: Work cross-functionally and foster strong, productive relationships with multiple external manufacturers and internal team members, ensuring seamless collaboration, accurate information exchange, and project progression.
Ensure Accuracy: Meticulously review, verify, and modify quotes as necessary, ensuring they are consistently accurate, fully up-to-date, and precisely meet important deadlines within a demanding environment.

• Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree, qualifying for an Entry-Level position with excellent opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required; seeking candidates who demonstrate the capability to independently perform tasks to completion and thrive within a consistent daily work routine, coupled with a strong team player mentality.
• Skills: Exhibit strong attention to detail, robust numerical skills, excellent time management and organization abilities, alongside superior oral and written communication skills essential for a collaborative environment. Also, adept at combining system knowledge, sales, product, and problem-solving abilities to exceed customer expectations.
• Bonus: Possess a genuine interest in commercial interiors, design, or architecture, which will be considered a significant plus for this role.
