Talent Acquisition Partner Intern (Product & Design) – 2026 Fall | TikTok
The Tone:
This is an internship at TikTok, a global company focused on delivering short-form mobile video to inspire creativity and bring joy. This role supports the Talent Acquisition organization by helping to build world-class Product and Design teams. The intern will gain hands-on experience across the recruiting lifecycle, contributing to the identification of top talent, refinement of recruiting processes, and delivery of an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience. This position offers a learning opportunity within a fast-paced tech environment, making meaningful contributions from day one.

• Tech Stack: ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, or equivalent platforms
What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for Product and Design roles, including sourcing, resume review, interview scheduling, and pipeline maintenance.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and market talent profiles.
• Execute sourcing strategies using various platforms to engage prospective candidates with compelling outreach.
• Maintain consistent candidate communication to ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to recruiting operations by assisting with requisition opening, job posting creation, and updating candidate status in the ATS.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous internship or project experience in HR, recruiting, people operations, or university/campus organizations with a recruiting component.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a self-starter attitude with eagerness to learn.
• Bonus: Exposure to recruiting tools, comfort with data tracking or reporting using spreadsheets/dashboards, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a passion for the tech, product, or creative space.
