What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support attorneys with high-net-worth family law matters, including comprehensive case management.
• Prepare: Prepare and organize discovery, pleadings, motions, and trial materials for all stages of litigation.
• Manage: Manage litigation timelines, oversee court filings, and maintain clear client communication.
• Organize: Organize essential documents and coordinate effectively with attorneys throughout ongoing cases.
• Assist: Assist with settlement negotiations and mediation preparation, including the drafting of legal documents for complex family law matters.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experienced family law paralegal with strong foundational knowledge of California family law procedures.
• Experience: 2-5+ years of dedicated family law paralegal experience, including supporting attorneys on complex litigation such as high-net-worth divorce and custody cases.
• Skills: Strong capabilities in legal drafting, managing discovery, calendaring, handling court filings, and comprehensive case management.
