The Tone:
This is an internship / early career role at Novelty Hill Capital, located in Bellevue, WA. Novelty Hill Capital is a premier middle-market investment bank and financial advisory firm. They specialize in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic alternatives, working with privately held companies and innovators across the consumer and technology industries. This role supports the team across live transactions and business development, offering hands-on exposure to financial analysis, deal execution, and client-facing materials.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Modeling: Support the development of financial models, including basic operating models and valuation analyses.
• Research: Conduct company, industry, and market research to support client engagements and business development efforts.
• Presentations: Assist in preparing client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documents.
• Execution: Help support transaction execution, including due diligence and data room organization.
• Analysis: Analyze financial statements and key business metrics for client projects.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (expected graduation: 2028 preferred).
• Experience: Prior internship experience in finance, consulting, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; high attention to detail and strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Bonus: Demonstrated interest in investment banking and working with founder-led businesses; available to work in Bellevue, WA for the Summer of 2027.
