The role is critical for effectively managing complex litigation matters and providing essential support to attorneys throughout the entire legal process. What You’ll Actually Do
• Litigation Management: Oversee plaintiff personal injury litigation files from filing through trial and ultimate resolution.
• Document Preparation: Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests, correspondence, subpoenas, motions, and other legal documents.
• Case Coordination: Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, expert witnesses, and manage trial schedules.
• Record Organization: Obtain, organize, review, and summarize medical records, medical bills, wage loss documentation, and other case materials.
• Settlement & Strategy: Prepare settlement demand packages and assist attorneys with case strategy and negotiations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level paralegal with specialized expertise in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation, handling cases through all phases of litigation.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple deadlines; proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software; strong attention to detail.
• Bonus: Trial experience is a strong plus.
