This Vice President position plays a key leadership role, serving as the deal team’s central driver to execute and manage M&A and corporate finance transactions with precision. The role is critical for guiding junior bankers and maintaining client relationships within a collaborative environment.

• Mission: This person is responsible for leading the execution and management of M&A and corporate finance deals, coordinating deal teams, and ensuring precise transaction completion.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the execution of M&A and corporate finance transactions across various industries and deal structures.
• Coordinate: Coordinate deal teams and serve as the central point of accountability throughout each transaction.
• Manage: Drive due diligence processes and manage cross-functional internal and external teams.
• Oversee: Oversee the development of financial models, valuations, confidential information memorandums (CIMs), pitchbooks, and management presentations.
• Mentor: Supervise and mentor junior associates and analysts, setting the tone for their performance and growth.

• Background: Vice President level professional with core domain knowledge in investment banking.
• Experience: 7 years of investment banking experience with a proven track record leading M&A and corporate finance transactions.
• Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills; analytical, disciplined, and results-driven approach.
