• Mission: To research, analyze, and prepare support documents and client presentation materials to facilitate structured finance initiatives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Research, analyze, and prepare support documents and client presentation materials as requested by the team and management.
• Develop: Write offering memoranda and engagement letters for various transactions.
• Evaluate: Analyze companies from a financial, operational, competitive, and industry standpoint to inform decision-making.
• Model: Build complex financial models utilizing Microsoft Excel for transactional analysis and projections.
• Conduct: Perform transaction due diligence, ensuring thorough investigation and assessment of opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
• Experience: 3+ Years in Product Development, Product Management, or a related field.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel), strong verbal and written communication skills, robust organizational skills, and proven project management capabilities.
• Bonus: Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
