What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support ongoing cases and firm initiatives.
• Writing: Draft legal briefs and prepare various other written legal documents.
• IP Drafting: Assist with the preparation and drafting of intellectual property related documents.
• Client Support: Facilitate client intake processes and initial client interactions.
• Court Proceedings: Manage court filings, attend court sessions, and observe proceedings.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled U.S. Law School J.D. student with a strong interest in litigation, intellectual property, real property, and contracts.
• Experience: Commitment to the fall semester internship period is required. Prior substantive legal experience is beneficial, and applicants must detail this in their cover letter.
• Skills: Proficiency in legal research, brief writing, and legal drafting. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, a strong work ethic, and a collegiate, humorous attitude are expected.
• Bonus: Experience in litigation, intellectual property, real property, or contracts. Availability to work on-site as needed.
