This role is crucial for providing high-level administrative and litigation support to attorneys, ensuring the efficient daily management of practice operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare and finalize legal documentation: Prepare, revise, and finalize a variety of correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents with accuracy.
• Manage court filings: Oversee electronic and physical court filings across state and federal jurisdictions, specifically including courts in Colorado, Texas, and California.
• Coordinate logistics and schedules: Arrange depositions, meetings, and travel for attorneys, and meticulously maintain their calendars to ensure smooth operations.
• Facilitate financial administration: Provide support with billing processes, accurate time entry, and detailed expense reporting.
• Oversee matter management: Conduct conflict checks, initiate new client matters, and maintain comprehensive client files, proactively managing deadlines and priorities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This is a legal administrative support role providing high-level administrative and litigation assistance to attorneys.
• Experience: A minimum of five years of litigation legal administrative experience gained within a law firm environment is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, document management, billing, and time entry systems is also essential.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Bonus: Preferred experience includes state and federal e-filing, with specific familiarity with Colorado, Texas, and California courts. The ideal candidate will also exhibit excellent judgment, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to supporting attorneys and contributing positively to the team culture.
