Lead Technology Analyst, SAP Data Migration | Airbus

This position is vital for bridging strategic design with practical execution in SAP data migration, directly supporting the transformation of Airbus’s commercial platform.

• Team: Digital ERP Center of Excellence, managing the Airbus Commercial Platform and data migration scope for ERP Commercial.
• Mission: Lead complex data extraction, transformation, and quality analysis processes to migrate data from legacy ERPs to S/4HANA.
• Tech Stack: SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS), SNP Kyano Crystalbridge (SNP Kyano Move), SAP Information Steward, SAP DMC, BAPI, IDoc, SQL, SAP BW, SAP HANA, SLT, Agile (Scrum).

What You’ll Actually Do
• Work Package Leadership: Lead specific data migration work packages within S/4HANA transformation projects, defining the best match between business needs and existing solutions.
• Migration Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex data migration developments utilizing SAP BODS and the SNP Kyano Move tool.
• Data Quality Management: Design, develop, and maintain rules and developments within SAP Information Steward, ensuring data quality.
• Platform Oversight: Oversee platform administration to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of the data migration platform.
• Standards & Validation: Develop HANA queries for advanced data validation and enforce SAP best practices and Golden Rules for enterprise data management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduate degree in Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Experience: 8 to 11 years of progressive experience in Data Migration and S/4HANA transformation projects, with deep, hands-on expertise in SAP BODS and proven experience with SNP Kyano Crystalbridge.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in S/4HANA data loading methodologies, specifically SAP DMC, BAPI, and IDoc.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP Information Steward for data quality execution and monitoring.
• Solid understanding of data processes, SAP landscape technical architecture, and database technologies (SQL, SAP BW, SAP HANA, SLT).
• Demonstrated working experience in Scrum Computing and Agile environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and logical reasoning skills.
• Bonus: Capable of mentoring junior team members, strong stakeholder management skills, adaptive communication, learning agility, and an innovative “out of the box” mindset.
