What You’ll Actually Do
• Procedural Oversight: Manage and coordinate civil procedures across various State and Federal Courts.
• Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to court rules, regulations, and filing deadlines.
• Software Utilization: Operate and manage legal case management software, such as MA3000, for efficient workflow.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate records of all court filings, documentation, and procedural communications.
• Internal Coordination: Serve as a key resource for attorneys and legal staff regarding procedural matters and court requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional with robust knowledge of civil procedures across State and Federal Courts.
• Experience: Prior Managing Clerk experience specifically within a large law firm, combined with experience using MA3000 or comparable legal software.
• Skills: Highly organized, self-starter capability, and deep understanding of civil procedural requirements.
