What You’ll Actually Do
• Case Support: Provide comprehensive paralegal support to legal teams specializing in personal injury cases.
• Documentation Management: Efficiently organize, maintain, and manage all legal documents and case files relevant to ongoing matters.
• Process Facilitation: Assist with various stages of legal processes, ensuring timely progression and adherence to established protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and other legal staff to contribute to the overall success of the personal injury practice team.
• Information Handling: Systematically handle and retrieve case-related information, supporting legal processes as required.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Career level: Junior to Senior. Demonstrated history of paralegal work within legal environments.
• Experience: Proven experience in a paralegal capacity, encompassing either junior or senior roles. A strong and consistent work history demonstrating reliability and dedication. Direct experience in personal injury law is a significant advantage and preferred for this role.
• Skills: Comprehensive understanding of personal injury legal frameworks and procedures. Exceptional organizational skills for effective case management and document handling. Sharp analytical abilities and attention to detail to support legal processes.
• Bonus: Fluency in Spanish, both verbal and written, is a valuable asset to the team.
