What You’ll Actually Do
• Information Collection: Collect and gather documents and essential information from various legal cases.
• Document Organization: Organize all critical documents and information relevant to the cases being managed.
• Legal Drafting: Review and draft routine legal documents as required.
• File Management: Create and diligently maintain comprehensive case files.
• Deadline Support: Keep organized schedules and provide timely reminders to facilitate attorneys meeting their deadlines.
• Legal Research: Conduct necessary legal research to support ongoing case work.
• Communication Relay: Facilitate the relay of messages between various internal and external groups.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Foundational understanding of legal office operations and support functions.
• Experience: Prior experience working as a legal secretary, legal assistant, or paralegal.
• Skills: Professional fluency, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish; exceptional organizational and document management abilities; clear and effective communication skills for relaying messages.
