What You’ll Actually Do
• Research and analyze financial statements of client companies.
• Examine general and industry-specific economic conditions and market developments.
• Evaluate acquisitions and divestitures for their impact and strategic implications.
• Assess various investment attributes of publicly traded and private securities companies.
• Contribute to diverse investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028. Possess a basic knowledge of finance.
• Experience: Entry-level experience with an academic background demonstrating a keen interest in finance.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong work ethic, leadership skills, and robust analytical capabilities.
• Bonus: A fundamental understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications, strong computer skills including Excel proficiency, and an ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.
