What You’ll Actually Do
• Auditing: Conduct extensive audits of sales values to ensure accurate revenue reporting for the organization.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data including contracts and price modeling, review variances, and update relevant systems.
• Compensation Review: Understand and analyze compensation plans, audit payments, calculate ad hoc payment components, and understand the relationship between sales Annual Contract Value (ACV) and compensation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on accurate sales reporting and commission payments.
• Strategic Improvement: Assist in the development and implementation of strategic improvements based on financial data.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-2+ years of experience in financial and data analysis, including reconciling data and analyzing multiple data sources.
• Skills: Proficiency in financial data analysis, strong Excel skills, and the ability to reconcile and analyze information from various sources.
• Bonus: Experience with ECRM and Power BI, advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, experience working in the financial services industry, experience in implementing process improvements in a financial setting, and experience with strategic financial planning and analysis.
