What You’ll Actually Do
• People Strategy: Drive people priorities that are aligned with the overall business agenda and contribute to the success of the organization by fully leveraging the HR Business Partnering model.
• HR Program Implementation: Implement HR plans for the assigned perimeter, execute key people priorities related to talent, leadership development, learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and employee engagement.
• Capability Building: Build management capability by coaching and supporting managers in their personal and professional development and assisting leaders in organizational development and planning.
• Strategic Project Leadership: Drive and support key strategic projects for the business or function, including workforce planning and business transformation or change initiatives.
• Operational HR Support: Provide operational HR support to the business, ensuring smooth management of the employee lifecycle, and equipping leaders with processes and tools for annual HR cycles.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Master of Business Administration in Human Resources, with a focus on HR management in complex, matrix, international organizations.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in HR management, with evidence of effectively partnering at senior levels within a dynamic organizational environment.
• Skills: Ability to translate business strategy into HR strategy, cultural sensitivity to operate in diverse and transformational environments, and strong capability to coach, influence, and partner with business leaders and management teams.
• Bonus: Strong indirect influencing skills and a willingness to go into details and work jointly with business leaders in their respective perimeters.
