Sr Manager, Services Sales | Schneider Electric
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Schneider Electric, supporting customers in Telangana, India. Schneider Electric provides solutions in automation, electrification, and digitization, aiming for a more resilient, efficient, and sustainable world. This role is crucial for exponentially growing the services business by strengthening relationships with existing customers and promoting new service offerings to achieve sustainability ambitions.

• Mission: Develop and strengthen relationships with existing Schneider installed base customers by identifying and stimulating services scope to grow the services business exponentially.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive Service business through End customers and Partners, delivering on targets for sales, order booking, and collections.
• Proactively visit installed base customers, educating and influencing them on Schneider Service offerings with full business ownership.
• Develop market intelligence to promote new service offers, specifically digital services.
• Grow the Modernisation (Retrofit / Revamp / Upgrade) business substantially.
• Manage the sales funnel using BFO (Salesforce.com) and provide monthly order booking and sales forecasts.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and an MBA with sales experience in the relevant industry.
• Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience in the relevant industry, with strong End User Sales experience in Services/Solutions domain, particularly in IT/ITES & Data Center, Commercial Buildings, and Industrial segments.
• Skills: Ability to build sustainable and reliable relationships with Customers & Partners; excellent verbal and written communication skills; thorough knowledge of Schneider Electric services offers throughout the Asset Life Cycle, including UPS & PAC system Revamp, Data Center Modernisation/Upgrade, EOSL Replacement, and Digitisation for Asset Monitoring & Predictive Maintenance (UPS, Cooling & Batteries).
