2027 Summer Intern: Human Resources – Masters | PepsiCo
The Tone:
This is a temporary summer internship at PepsiCo, located across various US locations within our Food or Beverage divisions. PepsiCo is a global leader in convenient foods and beverages. This Human Resources role is crucial for fostering a collaborative culture that drives business results, by enabling teamwork, informed decision-making, and ownership among employees. Interns will gain foundational experience in HR generalist functions, contributing to the organization’s strategic goals from day one.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Culture: Help create a culture that encourages teamwork, decision-making, and ownership of business results.
• Support: Provide broad HR generalist support within a manufacturing, operations, or sales client group.
• Guidance: Support and guide Unit Leaders, Team Leaders, and Employees on Company policies and HR program administration.
• Development: Assist leadership in managing performance and developing succession plans for associates.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Master’s (or MBA) degree in Human Resources or a related major, with graduation within one year of internship completion. Must hold a GPA of 2.75 or higher and have an indefinite right to work in the United States.
• Experience: Proven leadership throughout your academic career (on- or off-campus).
• Skills: Self-starting, resilient, adaptable, organized, strong work ethic, urgent, confident communicator (written and verbal).
• Bonus: Previous internship experience in a consumer products or manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours and relocate for the internship and future career progression.
