What You’ll Actually Do
• Application Review: Perform the management-level review of arbitrator applications received by the organization.
• Administrative Oversight: Review the work of the administrative staff after the initial processing of applications is completed.
• Data Analysis: Analyze comprehensive information supplied by each applicant, integrating data from background checks, CRD reports, and Internet searches.
• Classification Determination: Determine whether the applicant can be appropriately classified under FINRA rules based on a thorough analysis of all available information.
• Recommendation Formulation: Formulate and present a recommendation to the external review board regarding the approval or denial of each arbitrator application.
