What You’ll Actually Do
• Production Operations & Efficiency: Manage production unit operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity across manufacturing lines, and optimize resource allocation for staff working in shifts.
• Problem Solving & Improvement: Analyze, develop, and implement effective solutions to complex manufacturing challenges, including performing root cause analysis of non-standard engineering problems to enhance production methods.
• Customer Alignment & Quality: Oversee processes to align with customer demands and ensure high-quality delivery, meeting all required standards.
• Team Leadership & Development: Guide and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment to achieve production goals.
• Strategic Input & Process Enhancement: Suggest improvements, drive initiatives for process enhancement within the production ecosystem, and communicate production strategies and results to functional leaders and senior management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduate or Master degree with core domain knowledge in production management or operations, coupled with proven managerial skills and direct supervisory experience.
• Experience: Possess 15 plus years of experience in production management or operations, demonstrating a proven ability to analyze and solve complex manufacturing challenges, and expertise in developing and implementing process improvements.
• Skills: Proficient in data analysis and the usage of advanced analytical tools, alongside practical experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• Bonus: Includes familiarity with cross-cultural communication and global operations, knowledge of emerging technologies in the production ecosystem, project management certification or experience, or a background in engineering or a related technical field.
