What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute: Execute strategic M&A, private equity, and growth equity transactions from initiation through closing.
• Model: Develop and review detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
• Lead: Lead critical workstreams across live transaction processes.
• Present: Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, and strategic advisory analyses.
• Research: Conduct industry, market, and company research within the software and broader technology sectors.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Investment banking experience, specifically with exposure to technology and software transactions, paired with a strong academic record.
• Experience: Proven capabilities in financial modeling and valuation analyses.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities, coupled with the capacity to manage multiple priorities, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Bonus: FINRA Series 63 and 79 registrations.
