• Mission: This role strengthens the Investment Banking Coverage team by building on foundational Analyst skills, taking increased responsibilities in project management and client interaction, and actively participating in deal execution and mentoring junior staff.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Training: Participate in advanced training programs to further develop technical expertise and leadership skills.
• Client Materials: Take a leadership role in the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, and financial analysis.
• Deal Management: Manage and review financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction documentation.
• Team Leadership: Oversee Analysts’ work and ensure accuracy in deliverables.
• Client Engagement: Actively participate in client meetings, deal discussions, and contribute to deal structuring and negotiation processes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent, with demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products.
• Experience: 3+ Years in Finance, Business, or a related field/sector, with a preference for experience in a specific sector and advanced financial modeling skills.
• Skills: Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong technical financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Bonus: Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
