The Tone:

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join the Finance team, collaborating with experienced investment and finance professionals. The Real Estate Analyst will support corporate financial analysis, financial modeling, capital markets initiatives, and strategic planning across a growing real estate platform. This role is critical for building and maintaining complex financial models, analyzing portfolio and business performance, and delivering actionable financial insights that directly inform strategic decision-making across the entire organization. The successful candidate will gain significant hands-on experience in financial modeling, capital markets, FP&A, and strategic analysis from day one.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Model Development: Build and meticulously maintain complex corporate financial models designed to support crucial business planning, informed investment decisions, and various strategic initiatives across the real estate platform.
• Performance Evaluation: Perform detailed financial analysis, precise forecasting, comprehensive budgeting, and broader FP&A activities to thoroughly evaluate both company-wide and specific portfolio performance.
• Capital Markets Support: Provide essential financial modeling and robust analytical support for various capital markets and financing initiatives, contributing directly to funding strategies.
• Reporting & Presentations: Prepare clear financial analyses, impactful presentations, detailed investment materials, and comprehensive reporting tailored for diverse internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication.
• Strategic Insights: Analyze financial results critically, identify key underlying trends, and formulate actionable recommendations that directly support and enhance strategic business decisions throughout the organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or a closely related field.
• Experience: Possesses 2–5 years of progressive experience in real estate finance, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, FP&A, or a related financial domain. Candidates must demonstrate practical experience in building complex corporate financial models and have familiarity with corporate finance, capital markets, or strategic financial planning.
• Skills: Exhibits strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, complemented by advanced proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of financial modeling best practices.
