The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Conagra Brands, located in various locations possible. Conagra Brands is an 18,000+ person organization across 40+ locations, with a rich heritage of making great food and iconic brands like Birds Eye®, Slim Jim®, and Reddi-Wip®. This Finance Development Program provides an accelerated training program for college graduates aspiring to a career in Finance, aiming to cultivate future Finance leaders who will contribute to the organization’s success. Participants will gain holistic knowledge through various projects, networking, and mentorship to prepare them for role placement at the program’s conclusion.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis and Reporting: Perform analyses and reporting for assigned financial areas within the organization.
• Research and Operations Support: Assist in other financial research projects and the analysis of business operations.
• Core Financial Activities: Perform business partnering, analytics, monthly forecasting, period close activities, and/or financial modeling tasks.
• Planning and Metrics: Contribute to annual operating plan (AOP) and strategic plan support, including the development and analysis of metrics and scorecards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, seeking an entry-level position.
• Experience: Previous intern experience is required. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Skills: Proficiency in various MS Office, financial, and web-based applications and tools; initiative and a desire to be part of a high-impact culture; detail-oriented with intellectual curiosity and critical thinking capacity; self-starter with ability to work independently; ability to develop and manage strong internal relationships and partnerships; ability to effectively work across multiple departments to complete projects and resolve challenges.
